You will be joining a Finance team of 15 people responsible for financial operations, controlling, compliance, accounting and reporting across the hummel Group, working closely with colleagues across the business as well as external partners such as banks, auditors and suppliers and reporting directly to Finance Operations Manager.

THE ROLE 💥

As hummel keeps growing across markets, our Finance team needs someone who keeps the numbers accurate, compliant and moving forward. This role owns core accounting processes end to end - from invoicing and vendor payments to reconciliations and VAT reporting - and plays an active part in sharpening how we work. 

YOUR PLAYING FIELD ⚽

• Own accounts receivable end to end for specific markets
• Handle service- and royaltyinvoicing and credit note process
• Handle general ledger bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
• Process payments and other financial tasks related to vendors
• VAT handling and reporting for several countries
• Provide general accounting and administrative support
• Contribute to the reimplementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central including Continia Products

YOU BRING 🦾

• Solid accounting experience, ideally from an international company
• Broad, hands-on experience across accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and VAT
• A track record of running accounting processes accurately and helping optimize and structure administrative workflows
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a big advantage
• You are confident working in Excel
