As Product Developer, Footwear, you’ll become part of our Footwear team – a team of around 4 dedicated colleagues with diverse backgrounds. We play on the team that has the most fun – and we always play offense! For us, it’s all about taking initiative, supporting each other, and celebrating both the small and big wins. In Footwear, we are responsible for managing the entire development cycle, from product vision to final confirmation - and we work closely with Design, Buying, Sourcing and external suppliers 🚀
 

More About the Role and Your Responsibilities

As a Product Developer, you’ll be responsible for building collections & concepts, being the link between design, product development and delivery, playing a key role in delivering impactful results – both for our team and our customers:

• Concept & collection building - based on trends, market feedback and historical performance
• Structure collection lineplan - ensuring the right footwear product matrix, retail price build up, gross margin target and delivery flow
• Planning Marketing concepts in close collaboration with Marketing department
• Develop and sustain the supplier portfolio - ensuring the right balance between product development and production
• Price negotiation
• Spearhead planning of data registration in ERP data towards Sales and customers
   

How to Make the Team

To succeed in the role, we expect that you:

• Have minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Have an advantage with shoe product development experience
• Are motivated by creating products & concepts, while planning, follow-up and process handling is part of your DNA
• Enjoy an environment with fast pace, deadlines and cross functional work
• Have strong communication skills and experience with ERP systems, PLM or similar tools
