As Designer, you’ll become part of our Teamsport & Pro Club team – a team of around 15 dedicated colleagues with diverse backgrounds in design, product development and buying. 
We play on the team that has the most fun – and we always play offense! 

For us, it’s all about taking initiative, supporting each other, and celebrating both the small and big wins. In Teamsport & Pro Club, we create products for grassroot and professional clubs in Denmark and abroad. We work closely with Product Developers, Garment Technicians, Designers, and Buyers to bring each collection to life.🚀

More About the Role and Your Responsibilities

As a Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating SMU collections for our clubs and customers, playing a key role in delivering impactful results – both for our team and our customers:

• Design club and customer collections based on client briefs
• Create CADs, graphics, artworks and product details across the collections 
• Join fittings and collaborate with suppliers on samples, materials, trims and artworks to make sure the final product reflects the design vision.
• Present your ideas and collaborate with stakeholders across the product organisation

How to Make the Team

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their field and a true team player. You take responsibility, thrive in collaboration, and are curious about how we can continuously improve – together.

To succeed in the role, we expect that you:

• Have experience as a designer from  the clothing, sportswear or fashion industry
• Are creative, curious and collaborative and thrive on getting things done
• Have great graphic skills and a keen eye for colors and materials
• Enjoy a dynamic way of working where you work independently, balance multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Are motivated by an environment with variety, cross-functional collaboration and a fast-paced product development process
• Have experience working with different briefs, brand identities and stakeholders, and enjoy navigating between creative ideas and the practical side of product development
• Communicate fluently in written and spoken English
• Have a relevant degree within fashion, apparel or textile design – but most importantly, you have the courage and desire to learn and grow
