In our Teamsport NOOS team, we develop the equipment used by the entire team – match after match, season after season. We're currently looking for a structured and detail-oriented Junior Product Developer who can take responsibility for parts of the development process – from design brief to finished product – and who takes care to ensure that tasks are delivered well-executed.
You'll become part of a dedicated and strong team made up of design, product development, construction, and buying, where we prioritize quality, durability, and delivery reliability as our most important success criteria. For us, good product development means that the whole team's training kit still has the same color and properties after 3 years on the pitch. We are a dedicated team, and we're all passionate about creating functional products built for sports.
More About the Role and Your Responsibilities
As a Junior Product Developer, you'll help develop and manage products and collections within our Teamsport NOOS range. In the process, you'll help select suitable suppliers, obtain material approvals, and negotiate prices – always with a focus on ensuring that fabric, color, and construction meet our requirements for functionality and durability.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining product master data
- Managing the Delogue platform for effective communication and coordination
- Monitoring flow and ensuring deadlines are met in sourcing and approvals
- Ensuring roadmaps and deadlines are followed
- Preparing showrooms and samples
How to Make the Team
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their field and a true team player. You take responsibility, thrive in collaboration, and are curious about how we can continuously improve – together.
To succeed in the role, we expect that you:
- Have experience with 1-2 years of product development within a textile company
- Are structured, proactive, and take pride in delivering thorough, well-executed work and thrive on getting things done
- Have an eye for detail and understand what it takes for a great teamsport product to withstand repeated use and washing without losing its shape or color
- Are motivated by an environment with a fast pace, energy, and engagement
- Communicate fluently in Danish and English
- Have a relevant background in product development, textiles, or a related field – but most importantly, you have the courage and desire to learn and grow
- Possibly have experience from sourcing, supplier management, or systems like Delogue, where you've learned to navigate across cultures and disciplines
Welcome to hummel
Regardless of your background, we make sure we support each other from day one.
After 2 months:
- You feel at home at Balticagade in Aarhus
- You’re familiar with our systems and workflows

After 4 months:
